This site is a resource for personalized professional development that  aligns to achieving the FTS Vision Statement.  Here you will find each page of the site can serve as an opportunity to self assess and then set a learning target/goal. Each construct shows a learning progression that can be utilized to create and support your personalized learning plan.  Utilizing the pages on this site you can personalize and grow your professional development while earning PD hours.  

The last page on the site is  a form.  Register in Employee Portal (PD tab) and add an evidence piece that you have created or documented in your classroom that has grown your learning and may also benefit others in our district.  A PD hour (May Release and/or hours toward the 20 NJ required) will be added to your employee portal as a result.
