By order of the President, the Freehold Township Board of Education will move the
public meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to
Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Office, 384 West Main Street,
Freehold, New Jersey, County of Monmouth, in the school district to go immediately into
executive session. The board reserves the right to act on the calling of an executive or
private session within the guidelines of Chapter 232, P.L. 1975. No action will be taken
until the Board resumes in public session at approximately 7:00 PM.

The Board of Education will hold a bond referendum that could generate funding for Freehold Township’s pre-K to 8 school district on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

The Freehold Township PreK through Eight School District is currently seeking feedback from the community regarding the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). The federal grant requires school districts to solicit input from the community about needs and suggestions for fund allocation.
