Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA)
The district operates targeted assistance Title I programs, under Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The goal of Title I programs in any Targeted Assistance School is to close academic achievement gaps, by providing academic support to students who are identified as demonstrating the need for such support. Parents interested in learning more about the Title I program available in their school should contact the school principal for more information.
